SHIPPING INFORMATION

We use a fragile floral courier, each arrangement is delivered with care by couriers that understand how to handle fresh flowers. 

Delivery Zones

We currently deliver throughout Auckland only. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. For rural areas - please get in touch for a quote. 

Delivery Time-Frames

Orders placed before 6pm will be delivered between 9am - 6pm the following day. We can cater to specific timed deliveries, please get in touch before you place your order to confirm availability. Out of hours delivery service may incur an extra charge. 

Failed Deliveries and Redirection

Delivery and Shipping Fees cover one delivery attempt. 

Our couriers will do our best to contact the recipient upon delivery if no one is home.

They are authorized to leave the order in a safe place if the recipient is not available. If there is no safe place (apartments, gated properties, in view of street traffic, rain or weather conditions), and the recipient is uncontactable, the order will be redirected back to us. 

In the instance the order is redirected, we will contact the sender to arrange an alternative delivery address. Please kindly note, this may incur an extra delivery fee.
