Can I order a custom bouquet?
Absolutely! We would love to create something especially for you. Please get in touch here
Why do you only have a few options available?
We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest quality of flowers from the best growers locally and globally. In order to guarantee we are getting the best, we only stock florals that are in season and at their peak the way nature intended.
Can I pick up my order?
Our studio is not currently open for pick-ups. If you need your flowers delivered at a very specific time, please get in touch and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
What is your refund policy?
All our flowers are throughly checked and conditioned before they are dispatched. In the instance you are not happy with the freshness or quality of your blooms, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to remedy the situation and all replacements and refunds are assessed on a case by case basis. Please email hannah@saffyflora.co.nz for any concerns or queries.

WEDDINGS
How far in advance do I need to book my wedding flowers?
We advise booking your date at least 6 months prior to allow enough time to plan, source and create your dream day. Bookings open 18 months in advance for Summer dates. We can often cater to last minute weddings, please get in touch.
Are you able to recreate my Pinterest inspo?
We adore seeing your beautiful Pinterest boards and are a great tool for us to envision the overall look you are going for, however all florals and seasons are different and it may not be possible to create an exact replica. We respect other floral designers work and are happy to draw inspiration from images rather than duplicate it.
Can I order bridal party flowers only?
Yes! We can create bridal and bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnieres. Perfect for elopements and smaller celebrations.
Is there a minimum spend?
To ensure each wedding is allowed the time and attention it deserves, we do have a minimum spend of $3,000. This applies to weekend weddings and all Waiheke weddings.
I want a very specific flower variety, is this possible?
Its our specialty. We work with farms and growers through-out New Zealand and the world to source the best flowers. From fragranced David Austen Roses to exotic orchids and more. We will discuss whats possible upon consultation.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date.
Do you do Weddings outside of Auckland?
Yes, we do weddings throughout the North Island.
EVENTS AND INTERIOR FLORALS
How far in advance should I book my event florals?
Its best to give us as much notice as possible. 6-8 weeks is recommended, however we can cater to last minute requests depending on availability.
Can you look after styling and set up of my event?
Yes, we offer a complete styling package. From linens, glassware, signage and beyond including putting it all together on the day.
Do you do regular flowers for businesses?
We do! We do scheduled flowers for hospitality, retail and office spaces. A great way to add some life to a space. Each arrangement is designed with your space and needs in mind.
I have a specific area of my home I would like flowers for, can you take care of this?
Certainly! We love creating beautiful arrangements for homes. After a consultation, we will work with you to chose a range of floral options for your space and lifestyle.
