What does it mean to live well, for longer? Longevity in the Libraries, an event by REMUER x The Hotel Britomart, offered a moment to pause and consider that question through the lens of wellbeing, connection and conversation.

For us here at Saffy Flora, it was a pleasure to contribute florals to an occasion centred on living well. Flowers invite us to notice what is in front of us: a shape, a texture, a fleeting moment of beauty. It is a connection we love between floristry and wellbeing, and one that felt especially fitting for this event.

A conversation about living well
The event brought together panellists Emma Wylie of Elo Wellbeing, Cat Thompson of Life By Design, Polly Marcus of Miss Polly’s Kitchen, Sara Higgins of HANA, and Shilpa of REMUER. With different perspectives represented, longevity offered a starting point for a broader reflection on how we care for ourselves.
